Minutes of Remote Possibilities R/C Club - Meeting November 2007

Webmaster has not received the minutes for the November Meeting.

President calls a Special Meeting that took place at the new field site.

11-17-07: Twenty-Six Club members attended the meeting which was conducted at the proposed flying sight on November 17, 2007. The meeting began at ≈09:00 wherein St. George City’s proposed contract (I have forgotten the 3-letter acronym for this document) was presented by Jerry Law and a brief tour of the site was conducted (after the dust settled to a level just lower than that of a Sahara dust storm). A good bit of non-thumb/index finger exercise was had by all in attendance.

Gary (last name?) motioned that the Club proceed “… full steam ahead…”. The motion was confirmed by Casey Scott and ratified by those present 24 - Yea, 1 – Nay (one person in attendance left prior to vote).

Dennis Sherwood motioned that; “… full steam ahead…” may not be correctly succinct wording and that, essentially, motioned that the Club proceed at a pace commensurate with the needs of acquisition of the new flying site and combined with the abandonment of the current (old airport) flying site. (I did not catch who confirmed the motion). The motion was voted upon; 25 – yea, 0- nay and ratified accordingly.

The meeting concluded at ≈10:30.
