Meeting called to order

Treasurer report by Dennis Church…$25,868.49

Laronzo Lott reported on Dave Thompson. He is progressing better than expected. He may be home soon. He is walking with help.

Laronzo Lott and Casey Scott addressed the concern that there has been some back biting against some club members causing hurt feelings and discontent amongst the members. There have been reports of character assassination and made-up rumors of improprieties against certain individuals in the club including club officers. Club members were reminded that this cannot stand and MUST stop immediately.

Update on new field was given by Bill Hipp. The water Conservation board raised questions concerning boundaries. He expects more info within the week. Ray Peterson expounded on info he received about the boundaries.

Field grant needs to be into AMA by March 1st.

February Fly-In: Assignments for the Feb. Fly-In were discussed. Dennis Church will check on bleacher boards. Project was approved with a $100.00 max expenditure. Ed Chandler will swap AT-6 for Senior Kadet for prize and put it together, and Hobby Hut will donate the plane. The Thursday before will be a workday for clean-up. Doug Prettyman to pull trailer up to the field. It was decided that the gate would be $5.00. It was decided that there would be a donation cup at the fly-in for a field fund.

Airport manager got schedule from Casey.

Casey will touch base with Mike Jensen on IMAC.

Model Aviation (AMA) TAG program was discussed by Casey Scott to see if there was interest amongst the club to participate in it. No decision was made. We will talk more later about it.

It was decided that the fuel raffle money would go for the Dave Thompson Gee Bee fund. Doug Prettyman won the fuel raffle. Extra Christmas Party presents were raffled off.
