President Mike Jensen opened meeting at 1905. There were 17 members present.

Treasurers report $26192.54 in kitty.
Air Show was cancelled due to concern over flying site and lack of help on the part of club members.
Static display of models at the dedication of the new St. George Airport was a rousing success. The Club presented itself well and gained a lot of favorable publicity for itself.
Mike Jensen reported that the probability is quite high that we will be able to use the old site until after the Feb Fly-In. Therefore planning will proceed apace to put it on.
The Club Party was well attended and was a good time for those who were able to attend.
The CC club had their Airshow and it was well received by the public.
Dennis Church gave a report on the cost estimates to construct the new field. He said it would cost $0.65 per sq.ft. to haul and install 6 inches of gravel road base with another approx. $30,000 for site preparation.
Nominations were opened for new officers for the 2007 year. LaRonzo Lott and Ed Chandler were nominated for VP. Lorin Reeder and Bill Hipp were nominated for Secretary; Dennis Church was nominated for Treasurer. A ballot will be prepared and sent to all club members. The ballot can be mailed in or handed in at the Nov meeting.
Xmas party was scheduled for 1st Thursday in Dec at the Golden Corral.
