Bylaws Committee has proposed some changes (in red type). Please
contact Raymond Peterson (Committee Chairman) to comment or make
proposals BEFORE May 17, 2008. Also, the Membership reviewed
said proposals and made suggestions for revision during the May, 2008
meeting. Those amendments/suggestions will post soon.
